What exactly is the GCP solution?
GCP has a unique & sophisticated Australian designed and built software that sits on an existing banking platform and is delivered via debit cards and online portals.
We already have an expense management system. Why should I use GCP?
GCP provides real-time transaction control and alert reports, controlling out of policy or inappropriate spending. GCP complements the back end reconciliation and reporting provided by expense management systems.

GCP provides a solution where your existing programme cannot. For example: replacing the difficult to manage cash advance and cheque raising process; expenses incurred on behalf of contractors; employees with limited access to credit; 3rd party client project expenses; cash advances/allowances; per diems; school/university student expenses; international stock purchasing; claims, payouts and reimbursements.

GCP recommends the appointment of a responsible finance officer for training on cardholder details verification. Training will be available around processors such as new card requests and report generation.
Will I need to hire new resources or have a wholesale replacement for our existing cards?
GCP would not replace your existing corporate card programme. Management of the GCP programme is a simple function requiring no extra resource.
